This is NOT the Thanksgiving dinner table with Grandma Rose where you have to worry about censoring any 4-letter verbiage. FUCK THAT! I say share away and swear away. A virtual yoga studio meets rage room where namaste can kick you in the ass or can kiss your ass. A place where health and wellness meet real life head-on. A place to let it go and let it out. Don't let it hurt you but let it be heard. Grab it by the fucking balls and tell it how you really feel. We are in this together to feel better and be better.
